Beautiful, relaxing boutique hotel - perfect!

Pros: Everything. Small boutique with great attention to detail. Exceptionally friendly hosts. Gorgeous, spacious and comfortable suit room. Fantastic breakfast. Quiet location. All in all perfect for a relaxing stay

Cons: Nothing - loved everything!

Hotel le C provided a perfect base from which to explore Narbonne and the surrounding countryside.

Pros: The room was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was excellent eg. robes and slippers provided, beautiful rituals shower products, tea/coffee making facility. The breakfast was healthy and nicely laid out in advance. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel Le C is a little gem in the heart of Narbonne and we would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: As the name suggests this is a ‘Boutique’ hotel with a small number of rooms that are of a high standard. Our room was large, airy, spotlessly clean and had been decorated with imagination and flair with the odd quirky little item. What we saw of the rest of the hotel was of the same standard. All furniture and fittings etc looked relatively new. A generous breakfast was on your table awaiting your arrival at the nominated time – not a buffet. Paid parking is available and, given the lack of a nearby alternative, well worth the investment. A 10 minute walk brings you to a main restaurant area for evening dining and easy reach of attractions. All the staff we had contact with were very friendly and obliging. The area around the hotel is perhaps not the most attractive however during our 3 day stay we never felt nervous even returning quite late at night. This is a nice place to stay.

Overall, everything was excellent.

Pros: The rooms are comfortable, the bed is very cozy, the garage is perfect for the car, and the man at the reception is very friendly.

Cons: One of the rooms was quite warm, but the air conditioner helped. The window faced the terrace, where people were relaxing.

Great little boutique hotel close to the centre of things but quiet

Pros: What a great little hotel. The staff are great and gave us good advice about places to go around town.

Nice hotel, nicer than its city

Pros: Excellent English-speaking staff, good location that is walkable to restaurants by the river, the market, and the train station. Very clean room, comfortable bed and linens, very quiet.

Cons: Narbonne itself was less desirable than I'd hoped. There were many drunk men wandering town or reclining on sidewalks and panhandling, a taxi driver was less than honest, the train station itself is a horror for older travelers - no lift, no working bathrooms, group of drunk guys, etc. The river does not inspire walking, and appears in need in care.

cracking little boutique hotel - all modern conveniences and great staff service

Pros: This is a cracking little boutique hotel with a lovely modern room and roof top area we were able to enjoy with our champagne! Stan was great, making helpful local suggestions including the Roman History Museum and local restaurants to try. Would highly recommend this hotel if you can get in and would happily stay again.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and good parking in hotel owned garage opposite the hotel.

Cons: No lift ( not a problem for me but maybe for handicapped people)
