Will's Hotel

Excellent value in central location not far from train station

Pros: The beds were super comfy! And the area quiet. Great night sleep. The breakfast had a good chioce, and fresh squeezed orange juice was a bonus

Cons: Odd layout of hotel (old building), and cheaply decorated in the public spaces No tea-making facilities in bedrooms

Pros: Nicely refurbished old building. Very handy for Narbonne station (5 mins walk) yet very quiet. About 15 mins walk into town centre. Our room was comfortable and clean,and looked out onto a little rooftop terrace with plants. Bed was great. Nice touches given time of year included a Christmas pattern cushion and small decoration in our room. No lift but they gladly carried our bags up and down for us. Breakfast room was fine (plus Christmas video and music!) and there’s a small sitting area too. Will certainly use it again next time we are in Narbonne!

Great place in Narbonne

Pros: The room was large with high ceilings and french doors onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the street. Beds were comfortable, wifi was good and breakfast was affordable and plentiful with yogourts, breads, pastries, fruit, cheese, old cuts and fresh orange juice. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the old part of town and the front desk person was friendly and very helpful. She recommended a restaurant for dinner which was superb and one of the best meals we had on our 3 week trip full of good meals. Parking was easy, affordable and on the street near hotel.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, room spacious, clean and very comfortable, and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located for those arriving by train and just a 10-minute walk to the city centre

Pros: Excellent (and sociable) breakfasts at reasonable cost. The owners were incredibly helpful in giving local advice.

Pros: A very good breakfast with lots of choice. Excellent location, close to the station but walkable distance from the centre of the town. On a quiet street. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: There is no lift but owners/staff happy to carry baggage upstairs if asked.

Good location for station

Pros: Location convenient to station. Very quiet on a Sunday night. Staff kind and carried suitcase up to first floor. Breakfast 10 euros which was quite good given choice available. Bed comfortable and shower good. Ring to enter and key fob system felt secure - no-one can just walk in. Was a one night stop over so inly had a few hours in the morning to explore Narbonne but loved it. Baggage store for a few hours was no problem.

Cons: Walk to centre of Narbonne was fine in the morning - 10 mins to old town - but as single female too dark and quiet to feel safe enough to walk it at night. Fortunately one nearby restuarant open - The Grill Lounge (half way up road between station and hotel). Very quiet but food good.

Pros: Friendly, good beds/shower and near the station

Enjoyable Stay

Pros: Five minutes walk from station. Ten from centre. Large comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.
