Overall good value for money and good manager

Pros: The reception desk and entrance were very well decorated as well as the room I stayed in. The bed was super comfortable. The manager was very accommodating, allowing me to check-in much much earlier than the check-in time.

Cons: The stairs. I was in a room on the second floor and it was hard climbing the stairs, but the manager was kind enough to help me with my luggage.

Pros: Really convenient for the train station, which was great for arriving in the evening. The room was big with a big comfortable bed. There was also free WiFi in the room. All in all everything was much better than expected for a 2* hotel. However, one of the best bits about staying here was the excellent Vietnamese restaurant just down the road. If you stay at this hotel and like tasty food then you have to go.

Cons: There was very limited hot water in the shower in the morning.

Narbonne long weekend

Pros: Hotel l'Alsace is situated directly opposite Narbonne train station which is perfect for exploring Narbonne and the wider area. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. My room was comfortable and clean and quiet considering it's near the station. I would recommend the Hotel L'Alsace for a safe and budget friendly hotel option for a few days in Narbonne

Cons: The breakfast does the job but I'd prefer if cereals and fresh fruit was available

Excellent location, helpful staff and good sized room.

Pros: The excellent location in front of the train station made me pick this hotel. The helpful staff let me have an early check-in and I had a good sized room. Had my bags stored at hotel after check-out until my train departed.
