Pros: The room was small but nice. We were interested in seeing the Canal du Midi which was very close. The staff were super friendly

Cons: There is really no parking. You can park on the street in front, but there were never any free spots

Lovely Family Run Hotel in the City Centre.

Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. The location is literally in the centre of this lovely city but down a quiet side street. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good. The hotel is family owned and it is evident that the lady who owns it works very hard and efficiently to ensure that her guests have a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay again!

Cons: Everything was perfect for us.

A little gem

Pros: A 2 star hotel but 5star service and staff. Excellent breakfast and very good location central to everything. Very quiet and comfortable

Homely milieu in central Narbonne

Pros: Excellent welcome, with good privacy. A fine fresh continental breakfast and a homely milieu. Very convenient location to explore the historic centre.

Cons: All was fine - the warm water takes a while to come through, but there's a note advising on that, so not a problem.

So friendly - you feel like a guest in their home, not just a client

Pros: The owner was so friendly! The hotel is very charming and comfortable, and the breakfast service is wonderful! My room was clean, spacious, and kept nice and cool (perfect in the summer heat).

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Hotel de France in Narbonne. The hotel is small, clean, and very well located — perfect for exploring the city. Corinne, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

Wonderful in every way

Pros: Absolutely perfect in every way. A beautiful little hotel, in a great location for an extremely low price. However the best bit was our host Collete - she was the best. Such a warm welcome and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Ten out of ten

Good value, friebdly and extremely well located

Pros: Extremely well located horel - just a few minutes walk from all the main historic sites and bars. Staff were very welcoming and helpful

Cons: It is a little basic, but that is reflected in the price. It is a perfect hotel for a city break.
