Kids spent hours in it. Modern ,Staff were very helpful and the kids loved. Food was also excellent.

Good Hotel, clean, nice beds and good food

Pros: All good, nice location to stay when on a road trip. good food, very friendly and helpful receptionists. nice swimmingpool for refreshing.

Cons: Bit old, could be refurbished (especially outside) no possibility to charge the car (except tesla) need to drop off the car at ibis to recharge it. inconvenient with small kids

Pros: 10 minutes from Narbonne centre, easy car parking and warm welcome on arrival. Room very comfortable and clean. Dinner and breakfast were very good, plenty to eat. Pool looked inviting but didn’t have a chance to try it out. Very friendly staff organised a taxi for us to go into town for dinner the following night

Cons: Both hand soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. We did tell a member of the cleaning staff, but nothing was changed. Other than that, nothing negative about this hotel, would stay there again.
