Helpful staff and comfortable beds

Pros: We arrived early and were given a room by noon. Very grateful that we didn't have to wait until 3:00. The bed was wonderful. I got a great nights sleep. The elevator was big enough for two people and two bags, and in France that is not always the case. Thank you, Hotel La Residence.

Narbonne lovely. Paris to Valencia. Hotel ideal stopover

Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. The restaurant recommendations were also spot on. Staff were all lovely

Cons: Power points in the room could be better placed. Ne net curtains over the window would be a good idea. The toilet and bathroom were rather strangely arranged.

Brilliant location, great shower and facilities in the room

Pros: Loved the location - so close to everything - train station and city itself - absolutely loved the shower in the bathroom - so nice to have a separate shower - also brilliant having a fridge and kettle in the room

Great find

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Narbonne. Staff were really helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has limited on-site parking (€12 per night), so it’s worth booking in advance, but there are other parking options nearby if needed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning. Overall, a really lovely stay — would definitely recommend!

A perfect stay in Narbonne

Pros: An amazing hotel in the best part of old Narbonne.I ended up being here for a week because of my husband having an unexpected hospital stay. I was made to feel cared for and supported in this lovely cool hotel. Heat wave outside but cool temperatures inside an absolute privilege. Staff members,all excellent t. Nothing too much trouble . And all spoke English which helped me a lot with my inadequate French dealing with a fluid and difficult situation. Food was of a high standard. To be highly recommended.
