Hotel was overbooked but great solution!

Pros: The hotel was overbooked so ibis send us to Grand Hotel, this was so amazing! We had a great time! It was such a beautiful hotel and big room! The arrange from ibis was a great one! Thank you very much!

Pros: Secure parking compound. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Cons: Hotel is in a retail park, which is handy for travel connections and fine for me but its not what you'd call picturesque.

Pros: staff was super friendly, and the location was great with stores nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and helpful. easy access to town if you have a rental car.

Cons: There is no fridge or kettle in the room, and it is a bit far from town without a car.

Pros: Lovely place to stay. Wheelchair accessible and a great place to stop for a night over. Food was delicious and would definitely stay again.

comfortable and a convenient location for a traveller passing through.

Pros: comfortable and quiet room, breakfast selection was good and dinner was good value. located on a main road but close to fast food outlets, bakery and supermarket which is convenient if that's what you want. parking was easy.

Good modern hotel on outskirts of Castres.

Pros: Clean, bright, modern hotel. Large room with very comfortable bed. Good shower. Self service breakfast with plenty of choice.

Cons: It was a long walk from the centre of Castres but that was my fault for not checking when booking.

Pros: Superbe accueil, délicieux et copieux petit déjeuner , nous avons été dirigés vers le Mercure , l’ibis était réquisitionné par la gendarmerie , booking nous a contacté sans soucis

Pros: Nous avons été délogés suite aux forces de l'ordre qui ont investi les lieux. Cela dit, l'hôtel Mercure était super. Petit déjeuner au choix très large, personnel charmant et poli, chambre confortable.
