LOFT SPA - Côté château.

Loved it and hot tub was a fantastic bonus!

Pros: Easy to find and great off street parking. 6-8 minute walk to Le Cite walls, so perfect for exploring 👌

Pros: Great location to the Cité. Lovely clean, bright apartment with an outdoor area and a jacuzzi.

Pros: Hot tub! Property was very clean, check in process was simple (key code for door entry). Well equipped property. Quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Very close to Cité (Castle) and Bastide, 10 minute walk.

Cons: These are only very, very small things, and not enough to discourage you from staying here as I would definitely stay here again, the owners have made a really nice stay here! But they are things to be aware of, and changes I hope the owners implement: The toilet window is completely transparent and low down (we put a sweater over the window :D) so a small curtain or blind would fix this. Easy fix. The walls were quite thin - maybe some more soundproofing would be good? The stairs from the hallway to the main room should have some sort of barrier. Although the property is designed with adults in mind, I think it could be a hazard if somebody has too much to drink, they could have quite a bad fall if not careful. Of course, they shouldn't drink too much but people are people right...Again, it's only a small thing but I think if these things were changed, the property would be 100% for sure. Hot tub very private, but could be more private. On one side of the garden there are gaps in the fence where a neighbour could easily look through. Nobody did, but it would be easy to. If these gaps were patched up, it would be perfect. I think it would be good if the hot tub was slightly closer to the house also, because that would mean the hot tub is completely sheltered from the house on Rue Racine (at the back), but that's more of a personal preference. But the house was great - almost perfect.

Pros: It was in a great location, our car was in a safe garage. The jacuzzi was lovely and the air condoning worked really well. There was a private area outside which was a little tatty...but so long as you used industrial strength mosquito killer you could sit out. The shower was splendid, it was clean and comfortable but there were mosquitoes everywhere

Cons: The mosquitoes and the payment procedure not going through booking. It was all ok though and when I messaged the property they were lovely. They are clearly used to dealing with idiots... Anyone who has to stipulate not putting anything other than water in a kettle has had some real dumb people stay!

Relaxing and luxurious stay within short walking distance to main attractions, restaurants and amenities.

Pros: The property is in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to/from the old historical citadel and 15 minutes walk to/from the main city centre. We booked loft S however we were upgraded to the much more luxurious Loft Y next door due to an electrical fault with the jacuzzi. The matter was resolved immediately upon reporting it via WhatsApp and did not interfere with our trip at all. Both lofts are of high spec contemporary design, airy and spacious, while Loft Y is the larger of the condominium Loft S was a tidy and well designed space also. It was easy to keep clean and tidy during our stay. The walk-in rain shower was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and, of course, the Jacuzzi was the highlight!

Cons: The dishwasher in Loft Y was not accessible.
