Le Cocon de la Cité - Parking au Pied de La Cité

Pros: The location was superb. Parking was easy. Comfortable accommodation. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The stairs were a bit steep for us (oldies!)

Excellent flat close to the entrance of the old city

Pros: Great accommodation close to the old town. Easy to park on the street. The apartment is perfectly equipped: the kitchen is well equipped, the living room is comfortable, high-quality TV service, comfortable bedroom. The photo book of the apartment and the area, which the host made, is a good idea. Everything was as depicted in the pictures in the ad.

Cons: There are stairs leading up the the bedroom. Could be problem for those with disabilities.

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location at 5 mins walk from the medieval city, and has been well renovated by the owner Alexandre. It is very cozy and has a well-equipped kitchen. Free parking exist along the street of the apartment, and even in case of having no parking spaces, the owner provides a magnetic card that offers free parking at a large parking space right next to the medieval city.

Cons: There is a 45 Euro cleaning charge, which would be fine if cleaning were properly done. This unfortunately was not really the case as I found a spiderweb on the stairs and a hair in the toilet sink (the sink tap moreover did not work - water could not be released, which is something the cleaning person should have checked). The cooking pans were rather greasy, which is another sign of not too proper cleaning. An odd thing is that the owner's instructions often mention \

Pros: Fantastic location, comfortable bijou apartment, lovely decor and quality furnishings/fit-out. Our host was very proactive and had a welcome gift for us on our arrival.

Fabulous Location!

Pros: It was a fantastic location, and the host had done a lot to make us feel welcome and leave helpful information about things to do and see (including a Carcassonne board game!).

Cons: This was a very tight apartment. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep, and while they were fine, I wouldn't recommend this apartment to older people.

A Perfect Little House

Pros: The house was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Pros: Alexandre nos ayudó en todo. Es un apartamento totalmente equipado y muy limpio.

Cons: Las escaleras son muy empinadas para gente más mayor pero para un par de días no es inconveniente.

Pros: Muito próximo da Citè Medieval. A decoração é aconchegante e de muito bom gosto.

Cons: O banheiro precisa de local para toalhas e amenidades.

Accoglienza e magia a Carcassonne

Pros: Bel posto molto accogliente e posizione davvero bella, dalle finestre si vede il castello..una meraviglia! Alexander è una persona gentilissima.

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung in der Nähe der Burganlage, der Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe mit privatem Zugang, die ruhige Lage.

Cons: Die Pfannen könnten allmählich ausgetauscht werden.
