Brand new apartment, comfortable and great location

Pros: The apartment is brand new, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen and close to the medieval village. Great location. Host was punctual meeting us for check-in and very friendly.

Pros: La ubicación perfecta, al lado de La Cite Medieval 5 minutos andando. Parking público gratuito. Cama cómoda y aire acondicionado. Buena ducha, que se agradece. Todo bien para pasar unos días.

Pros: The apartment was extremely clean and located in 5 min walking distance to the Old City.

Cons: The stove in the kitchen was not working. We discovered that the electric cable had been cut (under the stove),so the stove was not connected to the electricity. We had cooked in the oven.

Idéalement situé!

Pros: Appartement idéalement situé aux pieds des remparts. Nous y sommes restés une soirée car nous allions à un concert dans la cité donc nous n'y avons passé que peu de temps et nous n'avons pas utilisé les équipements. Lit confortable au calme. Stationnement possible dans la rue avec un peu de chance. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, hôte très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous y reviendrons si nous avons l'occasion de revenir à Carcassonne pour un concert. St

Cons: Pensez à demander le code wifi à votre arrivée car il n'y a pas de réseau (free) dans la chambre.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (Schlossbesuch) sehr gut geeignet (Y)

Pros: Unkomplzierte Übergabe, Parkplatz (Mittelklasse PKW) direkt vor dem Haus im öffentlichen Straßenbereich. Sehr aufmerksame und hiflsbereite Vermieter (Y)

Cons: 4-5 Kaffeepads statt nur 2 oder den Typ der Kaffeemaschine vorher aufführen/beschreiben. Bessere Einkaufs-Planung dann möglich, gerade bei Kurzaufenthalten. Tiefkühlmöglichkeit hat leider gefehlt.
