DOMITYS - Carmina

Pros: The stay was perfect: a clean and spacious room, free parking, and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is just 5–10 minutes from the castle, and the city center with restaurants is within walking distance, about 10 minutes. We traveled with a dog, and everyone was very friendly to him. We really liked the place!

Everything was greater than our expectations. If we return, we won't hesitate to stay there again

Pros: It was very clean, very modern, easy access and great location. The apartment wasa very confortable and it had just the right amount of utensils in the kitchen.

Cons: If we had to say something, the couch was small for a family of three, but we can't really say anything bad.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean.

Nice Suprise

Pros: I recently stayed at DOMITYS and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well-organized everything was. Although the brand is known for long-stay residences, the experience as a hotel guest was excellent. The apartment-style rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay — far more comfortable than a typical hotel room. The bed was great, the facilities modern, and the environment very quiet, perfect for resting. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The reception team made check-in smooth and gave clear information about the services available. Common areas such as the bar, restaurant, pool, and garden were clean and inviting. Overall, DOMITYS surprised me in the best way: a mix of hotel comfort with the space and tranquility of a private apartment. Ideal for both short and longer stays.

Pros: Truly exceptional accommodation in which to enjoy à few days in Carcassone. The facilities and apartment at Domitys Carmina are outstanding. - spotlessly clean, well appointed and spacious. Every member of staff we met was extremely helpful and courteous. Parking was effortless, safe, and could not have been more convenient

Cons: Nothing really. If there apartment has a washer installed, that would be super nice.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Pros: Great location with secure free parking, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We loved that we could just stroll to the old cité and back. It was peaceful, modern and great. Our apartment had a nice bedroom, sitting room with kitchenette, and a large bathroom with big walk-in shower. Plenty of wardrobe space. It is unusual to rent a flat which is part of a senior community but all very friendly and welcoming. There are social activities we could have joined in. There are staff at reception most of the time, they sell stamps and booked us a taxi one day. The bus to/from the airport stops just along the road.

Cons: We wish we had realised there was a swimming pool, we didn't bring costumes!

Pros: The apartment had a perfect location, just a short walk from the castle of Carcassonne. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome along with clear information about where to park. The private parking, secured with a gate, was very convenient and gave us peace of mind. Our dog was also more than welcome and could even use the little courtyard, which was very practical. The residents were friendly and happy to see us. The apartment itself was well insulated, so we had no noise disturbances and enjoyed a great night’s sleep. Both the bed and the shower were very comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast is rather limited, but good. It might not be enough for big eaters.

Pros: Great property overlooking the old town of Carcassone. The room was enormous, well equipped and very comfortable and new. Perfect place to explore the town from. Also great convenient parking.

Cons: Loved everything.
