Comfortable and Welcoming with Great Food!

Pros: This English run Chambres d' Hotes thoroughly exceeded our expectations whilst cycling the Canal du Midi. Wendy and Simon were remarkable hosts who made us feel extremely welcome. The property retains it's old French charm and is clean and quirky. We were glad that we reserved dinner as we were joined by others who were not staying in the property. Clearly, Simon has a good local reputation for his culinary skills. While dinner was being prepared, Wendy served aperitifs in the courtyard and broke the ice with interesting facts about the local area and some trivia! It really is a lovely concept to share a table with strangers who soon become friends! Thank you Wendy and Simon, I would certainly visit again.

Friendly welcoming and suberb stay for cycle tourists with excellent dinner on site

Pros: Wonderful warm welcoming hosts in lovely spacious period building. Comfortable and quiet well appointed bedroom. Hosts are extremely bike friendly- secure storage and helpful. Wendy is very hospitable and a wealth of local knowledge and Simon is an excellent chef who made our delicious dinner that we ate under the stars in the courtyard with the other guests. Loki the dog is charming. We got taken out to a local party as well!

Pros: Breakfast was a continental and very good. Special breakfast cost extra. Very accommodating as part of our party arrive quite late

Pros: Ein kleiner Traum, die Gastgeber sind so hilfsbereit, weit denkend - es ist dort einfach wie ein Stück zu Hause in ganz wundervoller Umgebung. Das Gesamtpaket war das Beste in unserem Südfrankreich Urlaub. Simon ist ein toller Koch. Unser Hund war so willkommen, er wollte da bleiben.
