Comfortable, perfectly located, luxury stay.

Pros: A luxurious little place, very tastefully renovated. A view from the room, over the pool, of the citadelle, was great. Complimentary champagne and breakfast were a very nice touch.

Very pleasant stay in a hotel very close to the cité

Pros: Beautifully presented and the owner was very obliging when I asked if I could have it earlier than advertised. The normal time is 9.00 - 10.00 which I think is a little late for those guests with planes/ trains to catch.

Cons: Didn’t have a problem with anything

Extremely scenic location with easy access to old Carcassonne

Pros: I could see the old city of Carcassonne from the wimdo in the chambre Pilar suite - a very beautiful sight at night. The breakfast was also excellent.

Cons: Everything was excellent - no complaints.

Perfect for a short visit to Carcassonne

Pros: Wonderful location for a short visit to Carcassonne. Easy to follow access instructions for self check in, a lovely glass of fizz on arrival, very comfortable bed and a great shower. A short, scenic walk to the old town; went to one of the recommended restaurants there for an excellent evening meal. Ideal breakfast set us up well for a visit to the castle and a walk around the ramparts of the old town. Luckily found free parking on nearby street.
