Great value for such a nice hotel so close to the castle.

Pros: Charles gave us on upgrade to the room with a balcony. This was so nice as we were looking straight to the castle, what a view! Hotel is very nice, in the evening is the bar open and also locals are finding this a nice place. Not noisy and we really enjoyed it with the castle vieuw. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. It also have the parking on the hotel property so very comfy.

Excellent location, hospitable staff, spacious and comfortable room. Our second time at this Hotel.

Pros: Our room which was quite spacious was excellent and ideally located for us as we were booked at a restaurant within the walls of the medieval city. A ten minute walk. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was great.

Cons: Our stay was all positive.

Great place to stay right on Carcassone castle doorstep.

Pros: Excellent location, lovely room with big terrace, pleasant breakfast, helpful & friendly staff, adjacent parking.

Cons: Could do with tea / coffee making facility in room. Breakfast serving area a little cramped.

Pros: Very close to the city walls with plenty of parking. The bar and restaurant looked great but we didn't try them as we got absorbed into Carcassonne cite.

Cons: Decor was a bit tired and the bed was saggy. There was a bad smell from the shower drain which the proprietor cleaned out with chemicals so it was improved.

Great positioned hotel

Pros: Perfect position for visiting the city. Free car parking. Fantastic terrace with views of the city. Good breakfast. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Lovely touch of towels made to look like a bird 🐦 on the bed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: A bit dated but that's the nature of the position to the city. Open for breakfast to non residents which caused a lack of tables for residents who came down a little later.

The perfect place for a visit to Carcassonne with excellent hosts

Pros: Everything about it was truly excellent, from the warm welcome, fantastic location and brilliant room with an astounding view from the huge private terrace. The photographs on the website do not do it justice. The restaurant was also superb and the food delicious. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in in France.

Cons: Nothing, it is wonderful
