Gorgeous and comfortable house in an amazing location

Pros: Loved everything about this beautiful house. The location was amazing, it was so close to the Carcassonne castle that we could walk there in 1 minute. It was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. It has everything you would want and the host was very friendly and helpful. We have been travelling for 4 weeks and this is our favourite stay. So quiet and peaceful. Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed here for 2 nights. There is so much space. The house is tastefully decorated. I want to go back. Do yourself a favour and choose this gorgeous house. You won’t be disappointed!

Pros: The house is beautifully designed and decorated and has everything you need for a great stay. Everything works perfectly and is situated next to the castle. We loved our time there. The host is a pleasure to interact with and very accommodating. We hope to return!

Pros: We had some problem with finding the property but the host promptly answered the phone and met with us at the property so all was good :)

Pros: Everything!! Great renovation by Florent (owner) who has an eye for detail and great taste. Well equipped, quality furnishings, linens, and sanitary wear. Beautiful convivial kitchen. Spotlessly clean and no signs of suitcase scuffs on walls(my pet hate). Lovely garden with beautiful aspects of the ramparts. Fantastic location 5 mins max walk to Narbonnaise Gate giving access to La Cite of Carcassonne, which is a very special place. Will defo return and would highly recommend to anyone with a discerning nature. Didn’t want to leave.

Pros: La vada was a georgeous house spotless clean an great location, the owner of the house was so friendly an very helpful. We will definitely be going back for another visit

Hotel comfort with the freedom of a home, couldn’t have asked for more.

Pros: We did not hire a car, the location of the property, virtually at the cite walls, allowed us to discover Carcassonne on foot. The property decor is bright and airy, every comfort thought of with ample bathroom facilities which suited a group of 5 ladies. Spotlessly clean. Florent was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for him.

Cons: Honestly there was nothing we could fault.

Excellent stay for a large family visit to historic Carcassonne and the Pays Cathars.

Pros: Location just outside city walls was amazing. Private parking. Modern renovation with excellent facilities. Very cozy (winter stay). Excellent for family holiday with grown-up children! Host responsive, helpful and welcoming.

Pros: Amazing location and the property was fantastic! Would 100% stay again. We were there over Christmas and it was a great town to be near. We had a lovely Christmas tree and decorations so felt the same as being at home.

Amazing we will be back in 2025
