Gem of a property in great location!

Pros: Very convenient location, pool was great addition (especially during the heatwave with a young child!) and house had everything we could have asked for. Highly recommend for groups when visiting Carcassonne. Thank you Stephanie for an excellent stay and being so helpful throughout!!

Perfect house in perfect location!

Pros: Stephanie was a fabulous host who went out of her way to assist with any help we needed both before and during our stay. L’Occitaine is an absolutely gorgeous recently modernised character property in the best location in Carcassonne. It is fully equipped like a proper home and was clean spacious and very comfortable. The old walls and shady garden kept us cool in v high temperatures and the small pool was perfect for afternoon relaxing. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property in central location.

Pros: Beautiful & comfortable property. We had a fabulous family holiday in this wonderful location. It's an ideal location, between the old & new city, easy walking distance to both. With cafes, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep. Views from the balcony, second to non. We had everything we needed and more, I would recommend staying. We were well looked after by Stephanie, our host. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Pros: The location was great. In the old part of Carcassonne very near the castle with views of the castle from the balcony in the third floor bedroom.

Fantastic house in Carcassonne, near castle

Pros: Lovely 4 bedroom house in heart of the old town Carcassonne, very near the castle walls. Some great bars/restaurants on the same street & also a shop to get any provisions you may need. All the amenities you could need in the house with the added bonus of a small pool at the back. Lovely views of the castle from the balcony, comfy beds & all rooms have shower/bathroom. Host Stephanie was very friendly, helpful & answered any questions we might have. There was lots of helpful literature, maps about carcassonne & surrounding area. Also helpful list of restaurants, numbers we might need & information about the house. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Cons: There wasn't anything that I didn't like, it was all good . Some people may not like the fact that the toilets are outside the bedroom, there are 2, one on each floor between the bedrooms, but this didn't cause any issues & there were 7 of us.

Great house in a fantastic location!

Pros: We had a great couple of nights at L'Occitane! We had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The house is situated on a lovely part of Rue Trivalle with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants on the door-step. It's just a few minutes walk up to the Medieval Citadel and 10 minutes to the town. Stephanie was a great host. We hope to return!

Pros: Brilliant location, very clean and comfortable, finished to a very high standard, very well stocked kitchen , air conditioned cool interior, excellent helpful host, pool was wonderful, back patio completely private.
