Overall very good! It has provided us a warm shelter (we were here in Nov.), certain level of comfort and convenience. O
Pros: - Perfect location for visiting the medieval city - Kitchen is well equipped - There is complimentary coffee and tea - The host allowed us to check-out one hour later - Air-condition is working well for heating
Cons: - Only one bedroom can be closed off by the door. The other one is like an attic. - The bedroom which can be closed off has no window facing outside. The bedroom door is with transparent glass. - There are few free street parking spots in front of the house. If it’s occupied, need to drive a bit more and there are free parking near the pharmacy and also the river.

Pros: The heater in the bathroom, size of the beds, washing machine, walkable distance to the castle and to restaurants

Pros: Ideal for family with kids: good facilities and equipment(stove, dishwasher, washingmachine, AC with heating mode available, nespresso coffee machine with some small amount of coffee included, kitchen utensils,huge TV panel, fridge...), good location, just on the road to the Citè and very close to it.
Cons: *Weather, but it is not fault of apartment)) *A bit complicated entrance door lock, so spent some time figuring out how does it work. Suggest owner to add some simple instruction that I need to push handle up to close it. But all above are minor complaints.

Perfecto
Pros: Ubicación perfecta, en medio de la ciudad amurallada y de la ciudad nueva. A la casa no le falta detalle, amplia y decorada con mucho gusto. La propiedad nos permitió entrar antes de la hora de entrada, trato cordial y comunicación instantanea. Todo perfecto.

Pros: Cap problema per recollir les claus. La casa es molt acollidora, molt ben decorada i ben situada, al costat de la ciutat vella. S’agraeix que hi hagi dos banys quan viatges en grup. Cuina ben equipada i amb café i infusions. Ve de gust quedar-te més dies!

Pros: Lage top direkt unterhalb der Festung, Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, in der Küche alles nötige vorhanden
Cons: An der Tür stand eine andere Hausnummer als angegeben, dadurch war der Eingang nicht gut zu finden; die Schlafzimmer sind über eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster

Mes remarques
Pros: L'emplacement est idéal, puisque nous sommes aux pieds de la Cité Médiévale de Carcassonne. Nous avons adoré les lits king size.🤩 2 SDB, dont 1 hyper spacieuse. L'agencement de la maison est très bien pensé, et la déco très belle.
Cons: Par contre l'odeur dans les sanitaires est très désagréable. Je pense que cela est indépendant des propriétaires (qui j'en suis sûre, en sont conscients, puisqu'il y a plusieurs flacons désodorisants disposés dans la maison). Cela doit sûrement provenir d'un problème d'évacuation des eaux usées et là ce sont les services d'assainissement qui doivent faire le nécessaire.

Confortable et proche de la cité
Pros: Placé à 7 min à pied de la cité de Carcassonne , l emplacement est idéal, la rue est très calme. L appartement a deux chambres, une ouverte ouverte en mezzanine sur le salon, l autre avec une porte mais sans fenêtre. Les équipements sont très complets. La literie parfaite ( les coussins peuvent être jugés un peu dur pour certaines personnes). Niveau propreté, j ai rarement vu un endroit aussi propre. On s y sent comme à la maison et c est très confortable . La boîte à clé est très pratique pour une arrivée autonome.
Cons: Une discrète odeur se dégage sûrement du système de la tuyauterie.
