Contact Hôtel Le Minervois - Hôtel & Restaurant Au nord de Carcassonne

I extended a one night stay to three nights because of the exceptional staff.

Pros: Small family run hotel with an adjoining restaurant; both were excellent; the staff is exceptionally hospitable. The restaurant's food was wonderful.

Nice clean hotel in good location

Pros: We had a lovely, large room that opened onto the garden. Room was very clean with large bathroom, fridge, sofa & tv. Good breakfast in pleasant restaurant (additional cost). Hotel is in a good location in the village - within walking distance to various restaurants

Cons: The fridge had a horrendous smell inside & this smell lingered around the room when it was opened!

Exactly what I was looking for.

Pros: Well located, well designed, very comfortable easy access and friendly staff.

Pros: la salle de restaurant est trés belle et bien amenagée

Cons: il serait bien de rajouter une petite table dans la chambre pour permettre un petit dejeuner

Pros: L'accueil idéal du personnel autant en arrivant que dans le restaurant Le calme et le dîner au restaurant c'était délicieux La région est magnifique avec les Carrières

J’y retournerai dès que je serai aux alentours !

Pros: Une chambre fonctionnelle, une très bonne table, possibilité de parking fermé pour un prix modique, propre et personnel/patron au top !

Si l’occasion se présente à nouveau j’irai au même endroit

Pros: Tout, le cadre, la propreté, le personnel, la cuisine et l’emplacement

Pros: Nous avons apprécié aussi bien la chambre que le restaurant attenant. Malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive parce que nous nous sommes égarés en écoutant le GPS, une table nous a été réservée et l'accueil.a été des plus châle Petit dej au top également

Cons: Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas bien insonorisées. On sait tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres attenantes et au dessus.
