Pros: We very much enjoyed our stay in this very spacious and stylish apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds very comfortable and all sights in walking distance. Even though there is no direct contact with the owners nor the agency, instruction were very clear and timely. Highly recommended.

Great location, plenty space and comfy beds, shame about lack of sun, €300 deposit and cleaning requirements on last day

Pros: Felt very safe, spotlessly clean with lots of space, very comfortable beds & very central location.

Cons: While the property has its charms, there are a few practicalities future vacationers should know. The garden is in shade all day during late Sept/early Oct, so it's not suitable for soaking a few rays. The location down a laneway is quiet for the most part, though we did have one night disturbed by a late party in separate house that backs onto the property. Regarding the rental agreement, the €300 security deposit is requested two days before check-in, a detail I feel should be provided at the time of booking. Furthermore, the list of checkout duties which required all crockery to be put back (necessitated hand-washing all dishes on last day rather than using dishwasher) along with the ‘requirement’ to strip the beds, and remove all rubbish felt excessive for a holiday rental, and while I usually do these tasks being required to do the turned our last morning into a chore.

Pros: Excellent apartment in every way. Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Definitely recommend.

Great home in central Carcassonne

Pros: Perfect location in Carcassonne, only 5 minutes from the train station and very central to the town centre. The accommodation was very well kitted out, particularly the kitchen. Had everything we needed and more! The free parking was a bonus too!

Cons: As a property which could accommodate up to 5/6 people ( 2 double bedrooms & sofa bed), the seating in the living area was inadequate. Even for 3 of us, having only one sofa to share was a little restrictive, meaning someone had to sit on a dining chair or on the floor.

Pros: The shower was amazing!! Beautifully decorated and well equipped.

Cons: Nothing!!

Pros: Apartamento muy limpio y bien ubicado. Con una decoración muy acertada y con todo tipo de comodidades y utensilios de cocina. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente, que nos solucionaron perfectamente, dejándonos acceder al apartamento contiguo para podernos duchar. Pros: Super logement, très agréable tant sur le confort que sur la localisation. Il est très proche de la cité mais aussi du centre ville. Le parking est vraiment un plus, très proche du logement et très sécurisant. L'appartement présente aussi de nombreux équipements très pratiques tel que la machine à laver, le poêle...

Cons: Ce n'est pas un défaut ou une critique mais plus une information : si vous comptez cuisiner n'oubliez pas de prendre vos assaisonnements car il n'y a ni sel, ni poivre à disposition.
