Cosy homestay, very clean place and safe area

Pros: Excellent homestay, the owner is very welcoming. The place is very clean. Yes, the room has a kettle, a coffee machine and a small fridge. Heating is perfect, so is wifi. The owner let me park my car inside her private yard. The house is in a quiet area very close to the centre of Carcassonne. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to this beautiful city.

One of my best experiences ever

Pros: Excellent welcome, very clean and the hostess Marcelle was extremely friendly, in addition, she also speaks fluent Spanish. Absolutely great value for my money, I will be back soon,

Excellent budget accommodation.

Pros: Great budget accommodation just a short drive from railway station. Car parks up on the hill make it easy to visit the fabulous old city. The host went out of her way to welcome me and I had everything I needed. More than adequate breakfast provided at reasonable cost.

Cons: Room was a bit hot and the small fan struggled to cope.

Peaceful & Comfortable

Pros: Mdm. Marcelle was very welcoming. I couldn't speak French, she couldn't speak English but she DID speak Spanish of which I knew a little, and she was very patient with my efforts! Room: clean, cool, TV & fridge, kettle. Bed was comfy, view was amazing, neighbourhood very pleasant & peaceful. About 20 minutes walk from Gare SNCF, however there is a bus stop a minute or so away (though I preferred/enjoyed the walk into the town centre). The walls are quite thin & so the noise does carry between the guest rooms...bear this in mind if you are a naturally noisy person. Shared toilet/bathroom but they are in separate rooms to each other. Soft drinks/breakfast pastries etc are available at low-cost but I did not have any due to special diet needs. All in all, I liked it here...I enjoyed the peace & being 'away' from the main bustle of Carcassonne but within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Struttura situata fuori dal centro, ma raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. L’host, persona estremamente cortese e disponibile, mi ha accolto con grande cordialità. Servizio impeccabile. La camera era perfetta e la pulizia eccellente. Considerando i prezzi medi di Carcassonne, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. Consigliato.
