Czech Republic 🇨🇿

Pros: Free parking in the surrounding streets, plenty of space. We then approached the fortress at another free parking lot, but it is also possible to walk. The accommodation is on the upper floor, which is entirely available. The hosts are friendly, as are their two dogs. Breakfast is great.

Cons: We had everything we needed, but the rooms do not have air conditioning. We arrived during extreme heat, so the night was quite harsh. There are fans on the ceiling, though, so at least this will partially reduce the heat when needed.

A cosy place to stay in carcassone 😍

Pros: Frank and Yvon are very nice. And the place is very close to the centre. Very good value for money, too.

Friendly hosts in scenic Carcassonne

Pros: The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. I felt at ease immediately. As a gluten free dairy free vegetarian I felt well catered for and had the best night sleep. I enjoyed the conversations and playing with their friendly dogs. The location was brilliant. Waking up to bird songs in a leafy part of Carcassonne facing a field of dancing poppies. A short drive from the airport from which my hosts collected me and less than 20 min walk to the old Cite of Carcassonne.

Cons: Nothing at all. Superb hosts.

Pros: Very happy with my stay. The room is comfortable, facilities had everything I needed and nice simple breakfast in the morning. Location is good, quiet neighbourhood and a walking distance from the main tourist areas. Franck is an extremely accommodating and helpful host and went beyond on helping me with a couple issues I had as part of my travels. Would book again, highly recommended.

Pros: Accueil très sympathique de la part de l'hôte, renseignements sur la ville avec adresses pour le repas. Linge de toilette à disposition, lit fait, literie confortable.
