Pros: Very kind host, lovely room with serene energy, good breakfast, enchanting location just below château Puivert.

Cons: Not much, we only had to be creatieve with the shower being present in the room quite openly.

A lovely chambre d'hote with a very welcoming host.

Pros: We were given a very friendly and warm welcome by Paula who made us feel very at home and comfortable. As we were the only guests we were allowed to choose our own room. We opted for the en suite choice as the others had a shared toilet and slightly odd shower units in the bedroom.?! The house is tastefully decorated and well cared for. Overall we were very happy with everything and were especially pleased to be allowed to use the kitchen to make coffee etc. Again I think this was due to the fact there was only us staying and was an added privilege.

Cons: There are no complaints as everything was very nice and we were treated very well, but compared to similar places in the area the rooms are expensive.

Pros: Awesome B&B. Great accommodation, excellent food, great value for money. Good bar down the road.

Brilliant place to stay while you explore a beautiful area.

Pros: The location in the village of Montsegur is a fantastic place to explore the famous Cathar country. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The evening meal was delicious home cooked French country fare.

Cons: Nothing.

Restful, charming place in beautiful countryside

Pros: A lovely place to stay, a warm welcome. I totally recommend eating here, for two nights we had a lovely three course meals with wine and the company of walkers on the Cather Trail with whom it was interesting to share stories. We were advised on a superb walk, which will be a day we remember for a long time. Beautiful surroundings. A simple humble. Chambre d’hote, with everything you needed for a restful place to stay. The walk from Puivert along the ridge to the labyrinth was stunning.

A room with a view. Great stop-over on a cycle route.

Pros: The owner was very flexible and accommodating of « special needs ». There was nothing to not like. A kettle in the room would have been nice but there was a kitchen downstairs where one could get hot water and a mug.

Pros: Fabulous house and bedrooms. Welcoming host with very informative local info. Will stay here again.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. We were on a cycle tour and Martin, the host, made us very welcome and gave us some useful advice.
