Perfect short stay in Quillan

Pros: Warm welcome, very nice dinner was available and breakfast was plenty. As often with Chambre d'Hotes, other interesting guests make the stay more memorable.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, nice room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Cons: This is only a small thing really as the location is very convenient. A bit of noise from the road, but it didn't continue on through the night.

Pros: The host was very welcoming and the stay was super amazing and comfortable with enough space to keep beds far away from each other. The breakfast was included and it was really amazing before we kickstarted our hike in the next day morning. Overall, I would recommend it strongly.

Pros: The hotel has lots of character, the rooms are large and comfortable, the hosts are very friendly, and breakfast was good.

Cons: There is some noise from the road but it quietened down at night and we had no problems sleeping.

Lovely property, great location and great value for money.

Pros: The property was a beautiful old converted maison de Ville. The rooms were great with a fab en-suite shower room. Breakfast was fabulous offering cereals, croissants, pain chocolat, bread, cheese, ham and teas and coffee etc. The host was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Cons: I think there was an issue with the WiFi, which wasn’t an issue for us but may have been for others. Also, the property didn’t have air conditioning which would be beneficial during the hotter months of the year. These are only observations and not criticisms in any way. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: Great location within easy walking distance of the town centre. We only stayed for one night while travelling south, the room was good, bed comfortable and the shower was particularly good. Breakfast was more than adequate and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was not a problem.
