Hôtes adorables, appartement pratique et confortable.

Pros: Hôte exceptionnel : répond rapidement, très aimable et serviable. L'appartement est situé au centre de Trèbes, avec des petits commerces alentours, près de 2 parkings gratuits, et à 10 minutes de la cité de Carcassonne. Très pratique dans l'ensemble. Check in/out très simple. Les serviettes de toilette étaient neuves. Il y avait suffisamment de shampooing / gel douche, de liquide vaisselle et de dosettes de café... c'est appréciable :)

Cons: Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons réussi à maintenir une température agréable dans l'appartement avec le chauffage de la chambre, en laissant la porte de la chambre ouverte. Le problème a été résolu le lendemain. Nous avions ajouté une 3e personne quelques jours avant notre arrivée et il manquait un drap pour le canapé, apporté le lendemain aussi. Le lit rond peut être un peu court si on ne dort pas au centre, sinon il est très confortable.
