Great stay

Pros: Lovely apartments surrounded by nature. All the amenities you need. The hosts are very nice and helped us with a few requests with no problem. Syd the dog is awesome.We enjoyed a few relaxing days at the pool , hiking around the Lac and exploring Carcassonne old city ( 10 minute drive).

Excellent dog friendly gite. All facilities top notch and easy to find and use.

Pros: Very dog friendly gite. Excellent location in the forest near to Carcassonne. Lovely pool.

A lovely few nights within ten minutes of Carcassonne.

Pros: The gites are immaculate, well thought out and with all of the facilities required. The surrounding countryside and lake are beautiful with only the sounds of nature to break the tranquility.

Cons: There was nothing that required changing.

Pros: Pretty location, well appointed, lots of butterflies and lizards in the garden

Cons: We were in Gite 3 which was lovely and open plan but had a long thin layout, our personal preference is for something a bit squarer as that feels bigger even if it’s not! It would have been lovely to have large windows that came down lower so you could see the garden when sat down relaxing or when eating at the table.

Au point du jour, A little gem.

Pros: A personal warm welcome by the hosts. The location of the property was great, quiet and peaceful, you were only a 10 minute walk to the lake, which had lovely scenic views, and could be walked around in a couple of hours, and only a 10 minute drive to the old Carcassonne city. Main shops and supermarkets are also close by. The Gite was spotlessly clean, and had everything required. The pool area was exceptional, clean and pool was a good size. All in all an we had a great week at this property and would definitely recommend.

Pros: Absolutely everything from Valérie & Franck being the most fantastic hosts to the accommodation, location, secure parking, heated pool, gardens, items provided in the apartment - everything was absolutely wonderful.

Cons: We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Gite for a family with a baby and a dog

Pros: Everything!! The Gite was stylish and well equipped. It was perfect for us, we really enjoyed our stay. The gardens were enclosed and well looked after, the gate access to the property was easy to use and very secure. Valerie and Franck were the perfect hosts, they were welcoming and easy to contact when needed. They made us feel very welcome.

Cons: Nothing to add... Everything was great

A lovely peaceful retreat

Pros: Lovely modern building in a quiet location near a lake. Well presented accommodation, good quality fixtures and fittings. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We had access to the shared, covered pool and patio area which again was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our week at the gite. Close to Carcassonne and Narbonne- so plenty to see and do - in addition to all the waterspouts on offer at the lake. A real gem of a place!

Cons: Nothing to say here. - everything was good.
