Great Location with efficient air conditioning

Pros: Excellent location very close to restaurants and a short ( uphill) walk to the old town. Air Conditioning worked very well and we were pleased to see that it had been switched on prior to our arrival. Easy to get into via codes for doors. Good modern shower. Host responded quickly to queries and allowed an early check in.

Cons: Wifi was slow and the settee was not particularly comfortable.

Superb location and well appointed apartment especially if you have a car.

Pros: Brilliant apartment - we came by car and could park in a secure garage at the back of the property. The property is on the prettiest street with lots of tasteful bars and restaurants - it is not a noisy place. It is right next to the medieval city - 5 minute walk and you are at the city walls. There is a useful mini market towards the end of the street. The apartment is well kitted out with everything including a freezer. We loved this place and it's location is superb. Tip: there are no light switches - they are controlled via a simple remote in the basket by the door.

Cons: Nothing all - good.

Pros: Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lovely decor, comfortable, clean and quiet. Short walk to La Cité, restaurants st the door. Couldn’t ask for better.

Best place to begin and end your visit to Carcassonne.

Pros: Opening the curtains and windows to listen to the sounds of clinking glasses and chatter of locals and tourists at the foot of the majestic towers and walls of the glorious Cite. Bliss! It's the ideal location to explore Carcassonne Cité and to return to relax and soak up the atmosphere of the cafés and bars along Rue Trivale.

Cons: Leaving!

Pros: Very nicely decorated, modern, characterful and clean. Excellent central location with restaurants on the doorstep. Loved our stay here.

Cons: Memory foam mattress and pillows hot, sticky and spongy. No extractor in the bathroom
