Pros: Location was ideal, very central. Very spacious and lovely areas inside to relax. Jacuzzi was extra bonus.

Cons: Coffee machine unfortunately didn’t work and the bifold doors didn’t lock. Shower room sliding door didn’t stay closed but minor on the scale of the comfortability and amenities available. The bottle of wine on arrival was very kind and appreciated.

Pros: Instruction on the arrival email were clear and access to the apartment straight forward. The flat was clean, spacious and modern. Location was ideal, close to the medieval cité and plenty small restaurants in the street.

Cons: The lack of interaction with a person at arrival might be seen as a negative by some.

Good apartment in a great location

Pros: The location was fantastic, loved the little terrace and the kitchen was well equipped. The lounge area was comfortable too. The owners were very friendly and responsive.

Cons: There are a lot of steps within the apartment that would be difficult for some people. We thought there was a third bedroom, but it’s actually a mezzanine (via ladder/steps) in one of the bedrooms - so not very private, and a bit awkward for our party. The hot tub is indoors and very noisy.

Pros: Fantastic. Great space and location!! Lovely gesture with the champagne on arrival

Cons: Temperature was a little warm in bedrooms but living area was perfect.

Pros: Great location in area with lots of food options. Walking distance to the castle and town. Well furnished, comfortable apartment with good layout

Cons: Bathroom doors did not lock and sliding bathroom door kept opening. Some confusion with how to access the property

Unexpected luxury

Pros: Very luxurious appartment, with everything you need. Even welcoming bottle of champagne and the jacuzzi was ready to use. We really felt welcome.

Cons: Aboslutely nothing, even secured parking.

Pros: Great apartment in fantastic location . Very clean and spacious . Welcome fizz was much appreciated .

Cons: Jacuzzi and main TV didn’t work ( couldn’t get to work ) Cold shower in main bathroom / couldn’t get water hot and WiFi worked everywhere except in back bedroom .

Fantastic stay in Carcassonne in great location

Pros: Spacious, authentic, plenty of room, lots of towels, welcome drink appreciated

Pros: Location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. Beds were comfortable and house clean The jacuzzi was lovely

Cons: Wifi was poor. Shower beside main bedroom only cold water

Perfect and loved the flexibility of bed space
