Pros: Très proche du parc des expositions, idéal pour un séjour exposant

Apparemment agréable, d’un bon rapport qualité prix.

Pros: Même s’il est situé sur une route passante, l’appartement est plutôt bien insonorisé. Il est agréable et confortable. La place de stationnement devant l’entrée est pratique.

Cons: Seul petit bémol, j’ai eu un peu de mal à le chauffer, il n’y a qu’un climatiseur dans le salon. J’ai du forcer un peu la température du sèche serviette et de la climatisation pour avoir une température de 22 dans l’appartement.
