Great location, easy access. Very nice apartment.

Pros: Great location, very nice apartment. Washing machine. 10 min flat walk from train station, 20 minute walk to the fortress.

Pros: This is a beautifully renovated apartment in an excellent location. It has so much character and is so comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay here and would love to return.

Cons: Nothing!

Central location worth a visit

Pros: Location was very central in Bastille St Louis (new cite). Carrefour and Monoprix handy for groceries. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Most serve tourist food of things with chips. The Brasserie by the porte Le Jacobins is more French. Nice food. Buses nearby but be careful they don't dump you 40 miles away with only a taxi option for your return journey.

Cons: More instructions for bin emptying should be forthcoming at the start, not the night before leaving. Bins are streets away but we had no idea till the last minute so we could have planned better.

Great apartment with excellent facilities and with a good location.

Pros: Very well appointed apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Completely renovated 2 years ago. Close to Place Carnot in Bastide de St Louis ( 300 yds) and an easy 20 min walk to the Medieval City. Everything as described on website.

Cons: Our only concern was that it proved impossible to work out how to use the radiators ( 3 in total) As it turned out we managed without them but I would think they would be essential in the colder months. No instructions provided. Have a feeling they may be wifi operated. The concierge co. tried their best to help . Owners need to provide guidance to guests in future so please pass this on to them.

Great location and stay overall, I had a few questions and they were answered swiftly

Pros: Very central, paid parking was just a short walk. Very nicely decorated

Cons: A little quirky coming into the entry, didn’t look quite finished and wasn’t sure what to expect, however once inside the accommodation was new beautiful

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Everything was great. The kitchen stood out for its facilities. Flat was spacious and cozy.

Pros: Within easy walking distance of everything, nice clean apartment and the owner was very helpful

Centrally located, well equipped apartment with quirky decor!

Pros: The property was in a fantastic location - in the centre of the new town, a stones throw from bus stops and the train station and within walking distance of the medieval old town. It was wonderfully equipped - we only stayed for 3 nights but the apartment had everything you’d need for a longer stay! The property was spacious and we loved the decor! The communication with the owner was great - they were prompt in responding to any queries, and check in instructions were clear. The sofa bed was decent and comfier than your average one - the mattress was thick and cushioned! I’m so glad we picked this apartment for our stay, because there is nothing that could be faulted - if we ever returned to Carcassonne we’d pick it again!

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment. Great location, on a quiet street. Very conveniently placed to walk to medieval City and less than ten minute walk to train station. Kitchen very well equipped with full sized fridge and cooker.

Cons: Just a minor suggestion, would be useful to provide some dish cloths and tea towels in kitchen.

Stunning apartment in great location,spotless clean.

Pros: Location was in the heart of the new town,easy walking distance to all the places of interest.The accommodation was spotless clean,high standard of furniture.A very comfortable large bed with good quality bed linen,definitely will return and highly recommend this lovely property 😊
