Relaxing break in centre of a wonderful town in an excellent apartment.

Pros: Excellent apartment with everything that you need. Good location close to shops, railway station and tourist attractions. Easy check in and out system and good communication with the owner Charlotte. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower and a lift as well. Early wake up call with street cleaning machine but it meant the streets were very clean.

Cons: Everything was good.

Gorgeous flat in central carcasonne - but bring your earplugs!

Pros: Very beautiful flat, bigger than expected, very comfortable and nicely laid out. Fantastic communication from the host, easy check in and check out, advice on where to park. All appliances worked well. Central location in Carcasonne and 2 min walk from parking.

Cons: This may have been a temporary problem, but we got woken up the first nights by someone delivering to the shops on the road for hours. Due to the cobblestones the delivery vehicle was extremely loud. We could sleep the last nights only with windows closed and earplugs. Also, it was required to run the dishwasher before checkout to avoid being fined by the host, but no dishwashing tabs were provided.

A great apartment in a great location

Pros: A great location in the centre of the Bastide. It was very hot weather so the air conditioning was very welcome. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. Good shower. The lift was nice to have as well.

Cons: The only thing the apartment lacked was plump UK style pillows.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment, bright and quiet and central location. Well furnished with fresh towels and bedding in bold colours rather than the usual boring white, nice well equipped kitchen, lovely crockery, good water pressure in the shower and very hot water.

Cons: Would have been even better if there was a kettle and a toaster.

Highly recommended

Pros: Beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped. The sofas are so comfy and perfect for relaxing after a day's sightseeing. There is a lift in the building which is next to the front door of the apartment! Perfect location next to the main square in La Bastide which has plenty of restaurants. Just a short walk to the canal basin and about 15 mins to the cite.

Cons: Nothing except no kettle.
