Le Verdun N°38 - 70m2 - Carcassonne hyper-centre

We were very happy to spend a couple of nights in Le Verdun No. 38 and would love to return.

Pros: Fantastic location in the old town of Carcassonne, only a 20 min walk to the fortified medieval city, a 10 min walk from the train station (or a shuttle bus from the airport) and next to a beautiful square with a fountain plus restaurants, cafes and a mini Carrefour! The apartment is spacious, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked well and it was great value for money,

Cons: It is a beautiful apartment but many of the electric sockets are not properly fixed to the wall ⚡️ and this could be so easily rectified. The only other improvement would be to provide more cups or mugs for drinking tea and coffee. There is currently one.

Pros: It is spacious and in the centre. We even used the washing machine.

Cons: If you have a lot of luggage, the climbing of the stairs may be a hassle

Pros: Fantastic location just behind the main square. Instructions to access the property were excellent. Spacious apartment. We were only there for 1 night so didn't use the kitchen or washing machine but they looked good. As other people have said, the stairs are pretty intense. Hard with large suitcases. We found parking in nearby streets which was convenient. Noisy at night but there was a concert taking place in the square so it may not normally be as loud. However it's what you expect from such a city centre location. We'd definitely stay again if we were visiting Carcassone.

Pros: The location is excellent ,the property is clean and price is really good value . The self check in is easy and clear intrusion We are really happy and wish to come back Carcassone again and definitely book in this apartment again

Cons: I wish the bedroom near the living room have some clothes racks to hang clothes

Departamento muy acogedor y céntrico

Pros: Departamento amplio impecable y sobre todo centrico

Práctico y económico para una estancia corta

Pros: Buena ubicación en una de las calles principales de Carcassonne. El apartamento es amplio y está muy bien calefactado.

Cons: Como nota a mejorar, deberían cambiar las sábanas y el cubre cama para cada nuevo cliente, y disponer de alguna toalla más, así como más papel higiénico.

Pros: Appartement moderne, bien chauffé et bien insonorisé. Bien équipé .

Cons: Sol pas très propre, rue bruyante le soir surtout le weekend.

Pros: Большая квартира в старом доме, быстро прогревается зимой

Pros: Posizione comodissima, a due passi da Place Carnot. Casa spaziosa.

Cons: Terzo piano senza ascensore, utile per digerire croissants e chocolatines.

Pros: Квартира просторная, в центре города. Внизу под домом несколько ресторанчиков. Все хорошо

Cons: Мыло для рук и мусорный пакет хотя бы один.
