Service that's fit for a king

Pros: I don't often leave reviews, but I had to comment on how incredible the staff are at this hotel. In particular, Leo could not do enough to make our stay comfortable, from check in to departure. He was friendly and warm, as were all the staff we met on our stay. He also went above and beyond when we needed help, which included getting us to the airport at an unsociable hour when taxis were hard to find, and personally going to a local restaurant to help us recover some lost property. The room was magnificent, and it's clear the renovation has been done with so much care. But a service that matches the venue - fit for a king - is what makes this hotel stand out for us. Thank you!

A beautiful property very close to the lovely Narbonne

Pros: We highly recommend staying here as you will definitely not be disappointed. Our room was so beautiful, comfortable and clean. The lady who greeted us was really welcoming and helpful. The building is stunning and it is so interesting finding out about its history. Parking at the property is easy and safe. It is only a very short walk into Narbonne where you will find loads of shops, bars and restaurants.

Narbonne is very beautiful and the Hotel is fully correspond to the city.

Pros: This is an excellent hotel in an excellent city. The hotel is located in the city centre almost in one building with old church, so you can rise upstairs and make beautiful photos of the city. The appartment is maden with love to history and guests. The hostess is very hospitable.

A B&B without breakfast in a multi-roomed converted monastery.

Pros: Interesting accommodation. The location is great. Decent value.

Cons: Given the quality of the suite we were in, the extras (soap, drinks etc) were very utilitarian

A Wonderful Place to Stay

Pros: Everything! Ideal location with parking. Sumptuous decor. The room is luxurious. It’s a very special place to stay. The cost is also very reasonable.

Cons: Nothing! Our only thought was that a small table in the bathroom would have been preferable for bathroom items, rather than only having the floor as an option.

Pros: The decoration and furniture in the room were superb. The building was also very interesting.

Cons: The wi-fi internet was disappointingly intermittent. No English channels on tv. Usually get at least BBC news.

Pros: One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. You feel like royalty. An exceptional building restored with love and care. In the centre but away from it all behind big gated. everything you need for comfort. A wonderful welcome from the hosts and good recommendations. Cannot fault.
