Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Lovely staff , very helpful and a beautiful situation on the Canal de Robine. Very quiet room and exceptionally comfortable bed. Large terrace off the bedroom, ideal for sitting having an aperitif!!

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

A lovely place to stay.

Pros: Just perfect for one night. The room was large and the bathroom was functional with a separate toilet. The dinner was delicious and the staff were great.

Cons: Nothing.

A return visit to a a very comfortable place to stay.

Pros: We like the big rooms, the facility to make simple meals, and the general setting on the canal-side.

Cons: It's not ideally sited for access from the railway station, although, oddly enough, it is quite near it.

Sunlit rooms and birdsong in the morning

Pros: The room actually looked far better in reality than in the photos. I would suggest the hotel to take new photos to do the rooms justice! The wooden floors are warm and comfortable and everything looks modern. The massive outdoor terrace offers an unbeatable view of the sunrise as well, and how nice to wake up to birdsong and to see the ducks in the pond below...I think a party of 4 could comfortably hang out on the terrace and there are sunbeds too. Got lots of sun even in December. The kitchenette is not to be underestimated - there is a proper stove, pots and pans, plates, utensils, microwave. During the holiday season, the staff were smiling and very welcoming too. The parking area is secured by a gate at night to which you have access with a code.

Cons: The jacuzzi seemingly hadn't been used in a while, so it ejected black flakes when we turned on the jets. We didn't want to go through the trouble of changing rooms though, as we had no time for that... A couple more things to make the stay even more perfect: hand towel holders in the bathroom under the counter, instructions on how to use the clothes (?) dryer (still don't know what it is), slippers and bathrobe... They close the parking lifts after 10pm or so; if you return late, you have to exit the parking completely to re-enter the hotel. A small inconvenience, the price to pay for higher security I guess.

Great staying at Narbonne.

Pros: The hotel design and cozy layout, next to the canal and the old mill. Great atmosphere

Cons: Just being a bit quibbling, the pillow are too soft to my liking

Pros: La literie était très confortable et le personnel a sur être très réactif lorsqu’un soucis est survenu au niveau des bains à remous.

Fantàstica, relaxant i agradable!

Pros: Ens ha agradat molt el lloc, les instal·lacions i el tracte amb la gent de recepció. Llàstima que vam agafar que durant tot el mes de gener estava el restaurant tancat i no vam poder anar-hi.

Pros: Emplacement et environnement proche du centre historique. Taille de la chambre. Jacuzzi dans la chambre. Gentillesse du personnel

Cons: Décoration un peu datée et isolation phonique si voisins un peu bruyant.

Pros: Very comfortable large room! Hot water - in room jacuzzi- perfect for 2- super comfortable bed and pillows! Excellent large patio/ balcony space! Everything was just right- not stuffy - easy walk into town

Pros: Personnel agréable et sympathique qui est vraiment très appréciable. Cadre et chambres très jolis et bien équipés. Aucun bruit, silencieux. Tout est pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Merci
