Modern and luxurious house, perfect for families

Pros: This house is amazing! It acutally looks better in reality than what the pictures show. The 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area are all located on one floor, which must be at least 150 sqm. The AC works very well and considering outdoor temperatures up to 40 degrees, this was extremly appreciated. As a family with 3 kids (8, 11 and 13) we really appreciated the pool and the outdoor area. The garden is surrounded by high walls and some trees, making it feel very private. The neighbourhood is still under development and a car is highly recommended. It's very close to big grocery stores as well as a fabulous baker in a charming little town nearby.

Cons: if you have younger children, be aware that the pool depth is approximately 140 cm.

Pros: Hôtes très accueillants Concernant la maison : elle est moderne très bien décorée et équipée, climatisée, une belle piscine, dans un lotissement très calme.
