A positive experience with very good aircon!

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Mirepoix, minutes walk from the shops, cafes and cathedral. There is plenty of free parking nearby, although beware the Monday market parking closures which affect parking nearest to the hotel, and could lead to a towaway to Pammiers, which could really spoil your holiday. Thankfully the hotel warned me about this in plenty of time to move my car. I was staying during a heatwave and the air conditioning was an absolute god send. I slept really well in the comfortable bed with its crisp white bed linen. The bathroom had a bath and powerful shower and plenty of clean towels. It may not be to everyone's taste but I really liked the vintage 1970s vibe of the hotel's decor and furniture. It's also very good value for money. I didn't eat there as I was hanging out with friends staying elsewhere but there is a vibey courtyard where you can have drinks and play boules. The midday checkout is very welcome.

Good place to stay but get a room that does not overlook the courtyard.

Cons: Music every night until 11.15 in the courtyard, particularly the electronic base beat that turns your brains to mush, is not compatible with guests trying to sleep.

Good traditional French hotel

Pros: This hotel is very central to Mirepoix and we were able to find parking in front of the property, the rooms have A/C and the breakfast is great. Clean and wonderful atmosphere if you like old, traditional French hotels.

Cons: Only tapas served in restaurant. Room was not as nice as photos.

Very much recommended for a charming staying in the beautiful Mirepoix.

Pros: Perfect location just around the corner of the beautiful Medieval square of Mirepoix. We were so lucky it was the village's feasts' weekend and had an awesome family experience! Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, rooms are simple but charming. Recommended!

Cons: A tiny note: the beds had winter duvets amid Southern France's July heat - strange choice!

Pros: The room was very good with excellent bathroom facilities. The hotel was in an excellent location, very central in the town. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: The breakfast room was 'very tired' - needed updating and modernisation. The wifi was intermittent in the room.
