A good stop over for a two night stay near the cite.

Pros: A well located, small, well maintained and very clean hotel. Perfect for a two night stay. On site parking is a bonus and everything was well thought out. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: The rooms are a little small and the second night we spent our sleep was disturbed by constant banging outside.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was perfect, just a hundred metres or so from the old city. The bedroom was on the small side but spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The breakfast was fresh and offered plenty of choice, while the car park was ideal for our peace of mind with a very full car en route to southern Spain.

Cons: The initial welcome on arrival was a bit perfunctory but nothing to complain about.

Pros: A great little hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the medieval ramparts. Free parking. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Wish we could have stayed longer than the one night.

Pros: For a 15 meter room we have been very impressed with the layout and comfort. Great location lovely staff, couldn’t fault anything.

This was a great base to explore the old city of Carcssonne - the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Pros: Perfect position - short walk into the medieval city.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Great location in Carcassone

Pros: Good location, close to the medieval city. Nice friendly staff. Good price.

Cons: Very small room. You could hear people passing corridors sometimes. Facilities need a bit of modernisation.

Comfortable stay in clean hotel with exceptionally helpful chambermaids.

Pros: We liked the location of the hotel very much as it was so close to the citadel. Hotel was quite traditional, clean and quiet. However, breakfast arrangements were disappointing. We were unable to have breakfast because a coach group were in and there was no room for us until after 08.30. We had a tour booked for 09.00 so had to have breakfast in the citadel. Also hotel did not provide light refreshments, just a vending machine for cold soft drinks and a machine for black espresso coffee. Our room was very small with little room to walk around the bed. Shower in bathroom was excellent. Chambermaids were particularly helpful, more so than Receptionists. Parking good.

Cons: Breakfast arrangements were disappointing. Lack of refreshments. Small bedroom.

Ideal for visit to historic city.

Pros: Pool was still open in mid October. The locations is perfect for visiting the Medieval City.
