United Kingdom 🇬🇧

One of the very best we've stayed at.

Pros: This place is Quirky with a capital Q. Set in a 900 year old building with a Tower complete with arrow slits in the courtyard. Probabally the best equipped Gite that we've ever stayed at. Loads of crockery, glasses and pans. Karsten and family were great and ever helpful hosts. Convenient for Bar, supermarket, bakery and Winery.

Cons: The courtyard while providing outside space and welcome refuge from the wind, was so enclosed that you couldn't see the sky. The floor was deep gravel that was difficult to drag a suitcase across.

Pros: Ganz tolle Lage mitte im Dorf, in eine sehr ruhige Seitenstrasse. Atypisches altes Haus, sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und ein tolles, grosses Bad. Die Küche war auch perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Ein grosser Gartentisch im kleinen Innenhof, neben dem kleinen Brunnen war sehr willkommen während den großen Hitzen.

Pros: Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet in einem sehr gut umgestalteten historischen Gebäude. Ruhiger Innenhof der zum Verweilen einlädt. Großzügige Räume mit einem attraktiven und sehr gut funktionierenden Kamin. Die Unterkunft liegt im mittelalterlichen Teil des Dorfes und lädt zum Flanieren ein. Supermarkt und Bäckerei nur 2 min. zu Fuß. Sehr nette, unkomplizierte und diskrete Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit zurückkehren.
