A peaceful and unique place with great rooms, breakfast, and a friendly hostess!

Pros: A unique building in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the hostess was very friendly. This was already my second visit to this place!

Cons: I have no comments or remarks.

Peaceful and beautiful. Perfect to visit the Montagne Noir and Carcasonne.

Pros: A beautiful location with stunning stone buildings. A short drive to Carcasonne but right out in the countryside. Odile made us feel very welcome and supplied us with delicious breakfast every day. We will be back!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Couldn't have hoped for a lovelier welcome- Odile was incredibly warm, and helpful. The Abbaye de Capservey was full of character and the grounds were great, with plenty of room for picnics and for the children to play. The breakfasts were excellent.

A beautiful place to stay and could happily live there forever.

Pros: An absolute find. Odile is truly the most wonderful hostess. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local area and through her advice we were able to find the most beautiful villages, eateries, castles and places of interest that were off the beaten track (including a jazz concert). We had the most amazing time and will certainly be visiting again and taking family with us this time too.

Excellent value in a peaceful setting

Pros: Loved the building and location (but we did have a car) our bedroom was quaint and charming and everything was very comfortable though basic. It had a very relaxed feel to it. Breakfast was simple and all the better for it. Delicious. The pool was a plus! Odile was utterly charming and couldn't do enough to help. She obviously loves people and showed a lot of interest without being overbearing. All in all, an excellent experience.

Cons: We drink a lot of coffee, so not having facilities in the room wasn't ideal, though we were welcome to make coffee in the main kitchen. It was hot and the room heated up a lot during the day, though I feel air con would have ruined the ambiance of the place.

Une belle et agréable étape de 5 nuits.

Pros: Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le cadre, la bâtisse ancienne et sa décoration intérieure. Un endroit au calme avec une hôte attentive avec qui nous avons eu de très bons échanges. Bon petit déjeuner.
