Fabulous stay

Pros: An absolutely stunning find and at such a reasonable price. Like stepping back in time. The view from the top of the tower is fantastic. Very close to the centre of Narbonne and on the doorstep of excellent bars and eateries. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future. 10/10

Cons: The only issue we had was that the main door key was difficult to use.

Pros: Beautifully appointed building, comfortable and nicely decorated room.

Pros: The location is perfect, adjacent to the Canal de la Robine. The property is very atmospheric, being an old convent. It was clean, warm & comfortable.

Incredible ....If I am in the area again I will definitely stay there.

Pros: The location and the parking are great. The site is incredible. The workmanship and the detail that went into renovating the Convent is of a true master.

Pros: This place offers excellent accommodation at an affordable price. If you are going to stay in Narbonne this is the place to choose.

Cons: It was impossible to find fault with anything.

Pros: Modern fit-out in a historic building. Coffee machine in room. Comfy bed. Elegant furniture set. Friendly staff, happy to lock up luggage before check-in.

Cons: Chunky key chain. Period appropriate key was a little tricky to use.

Amazing hotel in historic setting

Pros: Absolutely amazing place full of history and ambiance. The ongoing renovation of the exciting buildings are being carried out with both respect and innovation. The service of the guy who checked us in was outstanding, giving us a full tour and a brief history of the building. The room itself was both modern, comfortable and full of antique style furniture. And cheap indoor parking in the old stables was very handy. Amazing value for the money and highly recommended.

Karen and Leo's Trip to Narbonne

Pros: Customer service was exceptionally high. Very friendly and highly informative reception staff. Our room was superb. We were provided with a coffee machine and tea making facilities. Our bed was very comfortable with good quality crisp cotton sheets. We found the history of the convent very interesting, in particular the renovated steps up to the bell tower where we had a great view of Narbonne. We came up from Malaga on the train and the station is a 10 min walk from the guest house on the flat, so close by. Lots of friendly restaurants and cafes nearby too, lovely gift shops and a very pretty canal with boat trips. This was a star find for us and we will be back.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Pros: The building is incredible and so beautiful, the room a good size and very comfortable. Superb value for money in a perfect location and great secure garage parking. You must explore the tower for fabulous views over the city! There's a superb bakery a 3-minute walk away for a breakfast you can eat there or bring back with you and eat in bed! Totally perfect - we'll certainly be back.

very good stay in Narbonne

Pros: The location is 10-15mins walk to the main station but you can take a bus. It is in a very quite and nice place and the room is clean and tidy. Shower, bathroom very good. There is a coffee machine in the room very nice.

Cons: Maybe it is a little bit old fashion decorated but it is just my persoanl taste
