Honest, welcoming accommodation in a magnificent setting

Pros: Located on GR7, one of the main St Jean de Compostella routes between Fanjeaux and Mirepoix, this stay is a much-needed refuge in an isolated part of the camino. Also a lovely stopover for anyone on a cycling tour. The village of Hounoux stands on a sudden hill with commanding views over the surroundings. Unpretentious, comfortable accommodation and with kindly, welcoming hosts and a view over the Razes that could scarcely be beaten. A garage to store bikes. Hosts attentive and good company at breakfast. I wish them every success. Great value in terms of price and quality of stay.

Cons: No complaints except that my stay was too short :-)

Come a casa

Pros: Ospiti meravigliosi! Hanno condiviso la cena con me e siamo rimasti a chiacchierare fino a tardi. Persone molto interessanti. La colazione è stata abbondante e varia. Mi sono trovata come in famiglia

Ce n'était que du bonheur!

Pros: Je remecie les propriétaires du gîte, pour leur accueil, pour leur gentillesse, pour leur cordialité, pour leur empathie, pour leur cuisine...Tout était parfait. Ce sera avec beaucoup de plaisir que je reviendrai si j'ai l'occasion de revenir dans cette région. Les oranges portugaises sont délicieuses.

Pros: L’accueil, le calme, la vue magnifique sur les Pyrénées et les étoiles.

Pros: un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Fréderique et Jean-Paul lors de cette halte sur le chemin de Saint Jacques.Nous avons partagé une belle soirée avec nos hôtes autour du repas concocté par Frédérique.Le gîte bénéficie d'un environnement magnifique,propice à la contemplation.

Pros: Velkomsten var storslået man følte sig oprigtigt velkommen. Det er vigtigt når man har vandret 25 km. Dejligt værelse god mad til rimelige penge. Og meget hyggeligt selskab. Super oplevelse. Rasmus og Nonny

Pros: Accueil très chaleureux, tranquilité des lieux, beau panorama, repas de qualité, confort de la literie. Je recommande fortement

Pros: Ho dormito in questa struttura una sola notte. I proprietari sono persone incredibili. Appena sono arrivato dopo un viaggio di 600 km in moto con 40 gradi in agosto mi hanno offerto una birra, inoltre mi hanno proposto e ho accettato di mangiare insieme a loro. Serata bellissima, come stare in famiglia!! La colazione la mattina seguente molto abbondante per iniziare bene la giornata. Esperienza che mi conserverò per molto tempo. Grazie ancora a voi ragazzi!!

Hebergement sympathique

Pros: Accueil charmant dans un lieu très calme pas trop loin de Mirepoix ce qui nous a permis d'assister au festival mima avec de bonnes conditions d'hébergement.

Pros: Het was schoon en heel stil in de prachtige omgeving. De gastheer en gastvrouw een heel open en hebben mij echt welkom laten voelen
