Great location with a Carrefour minutes away on foot , walk into restaurants , the river and the house is a gem ! A bril
Pros: Beautiful home renovated in classic traditional style I loved this . The rooms were great and equipped to make you feel cosy( extra blanket and pillows as I had a bit of “ La grippe” whilst away ) so I appreciated that even in the south of France sunshine as I had a bit of fever /chills .. They have everything you need if you want to cook a bit for your self or eat at the restaurant which I did one evening . The dinner was stunning and the Argentinian beef superb . I ate with some other guests and the hosts it was very cute evening . I particularly liked feeling settled and safe as a solo female traveller this was very important for me and I chose Casa Cessanon for this reason and the hosts and the beautiful maison did not disappoint .
Cons: Nothing it was all Perfect .

Great location, lovely accommodation and very friendly hosts
Pros: Rooms were spacious, well decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter was unwell and they arranged a doctors appointment for us. The accommodation is within easy walking distance to the river and town centre, where there are some nice bars and a restaurant.
Cons: Everything was good, no negatives.

À lovely stopover
Pros: We got a warm welcome, and we could park the car right outside the house. Room was on the ground floor, good security. Great, varied breakfast of ham, omelette, freshly squeezed orange juice, croissant, bread, yoghurt, confiture, cheese and good coffee. Good tv and Wi-Fi reception too (start of Olympic Games!) aircon needed and did an excellent job)
Cons: It wasn't important in the end, but we had been looking forward to the popular evening meal cooked by Caroline. She was involved with a big village fête so, unusually, was unable to provide it. Never mind, we enjoyed a typical filling and tasty meal at the Helder in the town.

A peaceful oasis of calm with warm welcoming hosts.
Pros: The hosts Caroline and Ignacio welcomed us so warmly on our arrival that we immediately felt at home. The house is wonderfully situated to explore the region and take part in the activities like kayaking. The food was sensational as we had half board which was such a treat at the start and end of each day. I highly recommend this option.

Nice little maison d’hôte in cute little village
Pros: We had a lovely stay at Casa Cessenon. Caroline and Ignacio were both very nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful with a small balcony (and one in the bathroom as well). Looked like in the pictures. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the village centre where you can find nice restaurants and also take a swim in the river Orb. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Cessenon.
