Villa Angel - SPA

Pros: Fabienne, the host, was so sweet and kind. She went out of her way to help us and make our stay fantastic. Villa Angel was a perfect retreat and everyone we met in Caunes-Minervois were so friendly. A great village, beautiful countryside and a fantastic secluded garden at the villa to relax in. Fabienne made the best jams I've ever had and a great apricot cake too🤗

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Fabiennes so much, everything was perfect. The garden and swimming pool were amazing and we cannot wait to return.

Tranquil haven in a traditional French village

Pros: Caunes-Minervois is a lovely village 25 mins out of Carcassone. Not much to do but excellent restaurants. This property is quiet and restful with a wonderful soundtrack of birdsong to enjoy. The swimming pool was a lifesaver in the 40degrees heat. Fabian is a lovely lady who provides a delicious breakfast on her terrace every morning.

Cons: The accommodation is somewhat outdated but charming. Sadly no air conditioning but not surprising in this type of property. There was a fan in the room.

Warm welcome

Pros: Fabienne gave us a warm welcome and made sure we were very comfortable. lovely breakfast

A relaxing accommodation in a relaxing location.

Pros: The host, Fabian, was a super helper and cooks up a delicious French Toast for breakfast.

Cons: The steps were a bit of a challenge for more mature folk with hip replacements.

Pros: We've escaped cold Pyrenees and found this lovely gem ! Fabienne is a wonderful host and the villa is amazing, it was a quintessential French experience, beautiful villa, amazing gardens, relaxing pool and to top it up sauna and jacuzzi! Breakfast was delicious with home made yogurts, jams and French toasts. The villa is located 5 min walking from beautiful old town with some good restaurants 👌 And the village is surrounded by endless vineyards:) already planning to come back 😀

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Villa Angel - so much so that I returned a few weeks later! Fabienne is a lovely lady and a wonderful host. The room was very comfortable, with access to a communal tea and coffee area and television lounge. The gardens are beautiful as is the pool. Breakfast was very tasty with Fabienne's own homemade products. I highly recommend a stay in Villa Angel in the beautiful village of Caunes Minervois.

Tranquil

Pros: Lovely & Peaceful. Fabienne was great. Located in a Lovely little village with friendly people.

Cons: We could have used more than one fan in the room, as it was very warm. Also extra pillows would have been great, as one was only provided. But, these are minor, that could be easily fixed. Our stay was amazing.
