Amazing hostess, beautiful home in an excellent location

Pros: The host and hostess were super friendly and welcoming. Nathalie in particular was so outgoing and authentic--we loved her! This house was in close proximity to Carcassonne Cité. The house is beautiful on a lovely property. We had a large room with a private bathroom. We took advantage of a swim in their beautiful pool. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding-homemade cake, yogurt, preserves, along with fresh fruit, coffee and juice. She even made accommodations for food sensitivities.

Cons: To avoid people wasting your lovely food, perhaps let people prepare their own plates? I loved everything, so I didn't waste a thing, but sometimes \

Pros: Just a few minutes from Carcassonne old town. Excellent room, nice and quiet, and easy access for luggage (we parked right outside our own entrance. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Pros: It was more than perfect, hosts were most fantastic and welcoming people. We felt even better than at home. Beautiful place to stay and relax, plus great location as a base to either visit Carcassonne or go for a litle trip near by. Definately would love to stay there again in future.
