Le Nid des Corbières

Pros: We used the property as a base to explore the Corbieres region and visit local wineries; it is also close to Narbonne as well as other places of interest, like the Fontfroide Abbey, La Clape and the sea coast.

Cons: There's only one good restaurant within walking distance, but this is the same or better than in most other nearby villages.

Pros: We love this place! It‘s so spacious, a great bonus as a family. The balcony was great, as were the lush surroundings. And the beds are very comfy. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially the homemade cake😊.

Everything great except the difficulty in finding the place on the actual road where it is situated.

Pros: All was good with the room and the breakfast. Comfortable, clean, wifi, tv, and provision of free tea and coffee.

Cons: Very difficult to find in the dark. I went up and down the road and even had to ask a neighbour but eventually resorted to phoning the owner. she kindly came out onto the street to signal the location and I would not have found the place otherwise. No lights, high wall and gate closed. There was a sign which I saw the following morning but it was not obvious on a dark, wet night.

Lovely and welcoming for a short trip to southern France.

Pros: Beautiful breakfast, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful host, welcoming atmosphere. The birds sing in the garden. Beautiful countryside around.

Cons: The walls are a little thin when other guests are in the house, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

Pros: I really like it. The host offered the best breakfast in my stay in France, food are plenty and delicious. I am especially thankful for the host to ship me my AirPods for free.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Nadine is wonderful! The room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in France. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She even baked me a special gluten free breakfast cake. I’d recommend her b&b to anyone
