Bon rapport qualité-prix, un logement basique agréable, bien situé, et un propriétaire sympa.

Pros: Séjour très agréable dans ce logement parfait pour deux personnes (la chambre est grande et il y a une séparation avec le séjour). Il est calme et lumineux, avec une belle et vaste terrasse depuis laquelle on voit des arbres. On s'y sent donc bien ! Les lits (lit et canapé-lit) étaient confortables. Il n'y a qu'une rue à traverser pour être au bord du magnifique lac de Saint-Ferréol. Et il y a un grand parking aussi à deux pas. Le propriétaire est vraiment adorable, disponible et aux petits soins. Je reviendrai !

Cons: J'en ai parlé au propriétaire qui en est conscient et va bientôt changer cela : il n'y a qu'une plaque de cuisson qui marche et la cuisine n'est pas très pratique, mais pour passer quelques jours, ce n'est pas grave. La déco est minimaliste, l'appartement est un peu basique à part la salle de bain entièrement refaite, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangée.
