Appt proche du centre ville à prix imbattable

Pros: Appartement situé au 3e étage d’un immeuble dans une cité populaire. Entièrement sécurisé, à 10 min à pied du centre ville. La disponibilité et la réactivité de la propriétaire.

Cons: Des équipements peu entretenus et le ménage laisse à désirer.
