Pros: L'appartement est très bien placé, à proximité de la jolie ville de Gruissan et du quartier du port bien bétonné. La piscine est de très bonne taille et très propre. Les concierges sont très sympathiques.

Pros: Emplacement idéal pour balades à vélo et aller à la mer...Proche du centre Gruissan .Appartement bien agencé pour deux personnes. Très bon accueil de Gabriel.

Cons: Il serait bien d 'avoir des couvercles pour poêle.

Pros: L'appartement est situé dans une résidence calme avec des personnes âgées. Le parking est sécurisé donc pas de problème pour le stationnement ou les troubles faits. Le logement est bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Bien situé, l appartement est à côté de l'office de tourisme, à proximité d une boulangerie, de petits commerces de proximité, et les sentiers de rando sont accessibles de suite. Les co-hotes sont charmants.
