Pros: The view is fantastic! Really amazing. I saw different raptors flying close and a hoopoe on the terrace. Birdwatching from your bed, what a luxury. The communication with Stephanie was great, she made sure I had all the information I needed and was very helpful.

Cons: The owner called me at 8 in the morning (when I was fast asleep, as I was on holiday) to find out my arrival time. Better reply swiftly to those messages.

We would love to return there when there were no mosqitos!

Pros: A very well kept and presented property. A very nice pool which we made good use of and efficent air conditioning.

Cons: Unfortunatly we arrived in an exceptional heatwave which increased the mosquito presense to a high level. Not usual or the owners fault but quite unpleasant. A day later the wind blew a little and the problem was more manageable. The owner provided sprays to help.

Pros: The small Studio in the third floor has an excellent view in 360 degrees. Amazing outlook over the swamp land and etangs with all the birds. It is a really cute appartment with a very big terasse. We really loved it, felt like standing above the things...

Cons: Nothing to blame, just to mention: stairs up to 3rd floor (high rooms) can be exhausting. And no swamp land without mosquitos...

A lovely retreat in a quiet, countryside setting

Pros: The perfect escape. Beautiful countryside setting, yet only a short drive to the seaside town of Gruissan. Lovely studio leading into the garden. Listening to the many birds whilst lying by the pool.

Cons: The mosquitoes, but the property is surrounded by stunning wetlands, so it can be expected. But when it's too windy, they hide. Plenty of anti-mosquito items such as electric zappers and candles provided.

Un séjour très agréable, surtout pour les amateurs d'oiseaux!

Pros: L'emplacement en terrasse au troisième étage se mérite mais donne une vue exceptionnelle sur les marais. Beaucoup de balades en vélo ou à pieds sont possibles à proximité.

Cons: Je n'ai pas de critiques sauf peut-être augmenter un peu le temps de la minuterie dans l'escalier: au petit matin du départ, je me suis retrouvée dans le noir complet avec tous mes bagages.

Pros: És una casa amb jn jardí gran i piscina a l’aire lliure, el tracte amable i tot a la nostra disposició. Estada molt tranquil•la i agradable, a un pas de Narbona.

Cons: Va costar de trobar, podria estar millor senyalitzat.

Een heel bijzondere ervaring.

Pros: Het uitzicht vanuit de torenkamer, in 1 woord GEWELDIG! 360 graden natuurschoon, zo'n bijzondere beleving. Ook het grote fijne terras bij de kamer, ik heb er echt van genoten. De gastvrouw is heel lief en super behulpzaam. En dan de omgeving: Gruissan is zo mooi! En bezoek dan ook Bages en Peyriac-de-Mer. 🥰
