Bel appartement pour un séjour agréable

Pros: Appartement agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, propreté impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

Cons: La description « Etages supérieurs accessibles uniquement par les escaliers » n’est pas claire, elle laisse supposer qu’une partie seulement de l’appartement est à l’étage supérieur. En réalité c’est tout l’appartement. Il faudrait préciser « Appartement au 1er étage accessible uniquement par un escalier ». Il faudrait aussi préciser qu’il n’y pas de stationnement à proximité immédiate (200 à 300 m au mieux, dans les rues avoisinantes). C’est important pour les personnes âgées qui ont des bagages.
