Pros: L'appartement est bien situé, à 1 mn de la place Soult, de la, vous êtes à 8 mn des plus beaux lieux du centre ville à visiter. Un grand parking gratuit à 5 mn à pieds du logement. Restaurants rapides et café quasiment au pied du logement.

Cons: L'appartement manque d'isolation thermique, surtout par grand froid, résultats, les convecteurs électriques n'arrivent pas à créer une température de confort à l'intérieur de l'appartement.
